Terrible 2 weeks couldn’t get a follow up, couldn’t get pictures, stay away at all cost, these people aren’t interested in making a sale. No sense of urgency or initiative, every response took them three days and after I replied to them only twice, they have completely ghosted me after that.

Over all good staff and great customer service. Would buy here if I find the right car.

Sent in everything that the salesman and "his boss" requested to buy this car and they told me I was financed with a down payment of $1500. The next day, Saturday, I took out $4500 to make an even larger down payment (I wanted to put half down). Before I got there they texted me that the car had just sold. When I told them I wanted the car no matter whether we financed it or paying all in cash they said the other deal might fall through. Then they texted me that it was in fact sold. I ended up buying an Audi Q5, newer model fewer miles, from another dealership for cash out the door. Missed sale and missed future business for sure.

Peyton went back to dealership after work to meet us and made experience very simple and pleasant
