Prompt response from the staff, very friendly and courteous. Transparent process from start to finish. We drove almost 2 hours to purchase from them and it was well worth it.

Appleton Genesis left me pretty disappointed overall. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and at times lacking, which made it difficult to feel confident in moving forward. There were delays in responses and a general lack of clarity that you would expect to be much better from a dealership representing a luxury brand. When it came to pricing, there seemed to be very little willingness to negotiate. I understand market conditions can affect flexibility, but the approach felt rigid rather than collaborative, which made the experience less customer-focused than I had hoped. What stood out the most was the lack of follow-through from management. There were points where I expected someone to step in, provide clarity, or help move things along, but that didn’t happen. It ultimately gave the impression that customer concerns were not a priority. The experience did not meet my expectations in communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement. One can hope that improves.

We traveled 100 miles to test drive a BMW 5 series. The dealership was cognizant of our time and travel. The car was as advertised, my wife decided that she wanted an SUV instead so our process was cut short. We were treated very well.

My husband and I were very impressed with this dealership. Starting with Gabby who got back to me right away to schedule an appointment for a test drive. We worked with Blake who was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Pierce was also available and was very helpful as well! I ordered a cargo cover and got it in a few days. The parts man was very nice as well. All the staff was very pleasant and friendly! We are very happy with our new Acura RDX and the professionalism of Bergstrom Acura! We will definitely be back. In short, I've had issues with the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The electronic display board was not reset to the factory settings, so I had to do that myself. I've also struggled trying to figure out the UConnect so I can get it to work...and have called and talked to many different people...with very little help. I'm still working on that...even though I addressed it with my sales guy a couple times...with no further help. I've also experienced multiple times the Stop/Start system warning light coming on. I brought it up during the initial test drive, and again a couple times since then...but cannot seem to get it resolved...I will likely take it somewhere else to see what they can do. I've been indecisive as to how many stars to give...while they "saved" the Jeep for me test drive and purchase, the lack of effort to take care of the other couple of issues weighs heavier.
