Very easy purchase. I received a call very soon after I inquired about the truck. We quickly negotiated a price. I completed the financing application online and received good terms. A few days later, I went in, signed the docs, and drove home the truck.

Price dropped 5000 over night check engine light was on . They refused to scan to identify the reason it had the check engine light . I felt they already checked it out and had major issues is why the price dropped so drastically over night

Found the vehicle on CarGurus on Saturday, after hours, then contacted the dealership on Monday morning at 8am, when they open- with intent to drive 3 hours to the dealership to purchase the car. Was told the managers wife was driving the car and she lived several hours away. Was in contact on Tuesday and was told the car would be at the dealership for me to come see by Thursday between 9-10am. Seeing that I live 3 hours from the dealership, Friday was as soon as I could get back down there. When I contacted the salesperson, Thursday, to let them know I would be there on Friday, I was told they sold the car on Wednesday. Beyond frustrating to have the expectations to purchase a vehicle and not be able to because they sold it to someone before you. In addition, the pricing they provide online is only if you have a trade AND finance with one of their preferred lenders. Overall, not a great experience.

Very Professional Nicedealer Good salesman Skills

This was one of the worst places to buy a car. I found the car i wanted online, made my connection with salesman Chris Stewart. Gave him my information, ran credit applications, agreed on numbers. I even told Chris I will buy it over the phone. Was going to go down the next day to sign papers and pick up car and was told nope someone is in their buying the car now. I told Chris this was poor.customer service and he said he would find me a similar deal and make it right. Chris never got back to me, until I reached out but he had no information and no other vehicle for me. I hope this goes as a warning to people about going to this dealership and not buying a car from them. I will make sure people are aware of this dealership and the games they play.
