This dealership was extremely rude. I sent in a inquiry and within 30 minutes 4 people Contacted me. Then once I was test driving it the salesman was very talkative. Then lots or waiting and being pressured into buying several warranty’s and service contracts. As soon as we left the backup camera quit working. The backup camera worked fine until we paid them and now it no longer works. As soon as we got on the interstate all Of a sudden there is a horrible shake and we had 2 flat tires and had to have the vehicle towed home.

We had a terrible experience at Hickory Hollow while trying to purchase a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid LX. From the beginning, the Sales Manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We came in as serious buyers, ready to finalize a deal, but instead of being treated with basic courtesy, the Sales Manager spoke to us in a hostile and condescending manner, showed zero interest in helping us, and at one point even had the nerve to ask us to leave the dealership. This was not only shocking but incredibly disrespectful. Never in my life have I been treated this way while trying to do business—especially by someone in a managerial role who should be setting the example for customer service. We were there for a 2024 Kia Hybrid LX, fully prepared with financing and details confirmed, yet we were met with arrogance instead of assistance. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this dealership.

I felt like there was racism going on because the salesman showed me vehicle that I really like and because I was 200 dollars short of my down payment he kept implying that he had someone he would sell the car to who actually had all their down payment and could produce insurance right then and there without any problem. I was there first and I was shown the car first. I should have been the opportunity to hold the car for seven days . Even when I stated I would have everything in order in 2 days.
