They contacted me after inquiring about a vehicle as I wanted to know the price. I asked to send an e-mail with the price and didn’t receive. A few days later got an e-mail from them still with no price. I responded and asked for the price and I got a response the vehicle was no longer available.

Alex and Isaac were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the Forester. We were excited that the Forester was exactly as described, and the dealership itself was stocked with coffee and comfortable amenities. The only downside was the time spent in the dealership itself waiting a bit for financing to have everything in order. I really enjoy the Forester!

Found blemishes on the vehicle and they weren’t willing to come down on price, and through financing, ended up paying more for the car than they advertised. Read your contract thoroughly.

I would definitely not due business with dealership ,or recommend it to any one! They overcharge by over $1000 the price of the car as stated in the Deal summery that was written by cargurus. The over charge was for a un wanted purchase of a carChief service agreement which is non refundable and is added on to all car purchases! I requested a refund and was told it is mandatory! I complained because it is not a line item on the financial pages, but appears as the purchase price of the vehicle. It was not on the Deal summary as was submitted to the sales man! This a misrepresentation. I was not allowed to cancel after I got home and read the financial. When I contacted the dealer thy told me I was supposed to charged over $3,000 for 3 additional mandatory services! Please let others know that I traveled over 50 miles and spent over 7 hours being completely coned out 10089 dollars!
