This dealer was outstanding. They went above and beyond to over-communicate, get me timely details, video and pictures. Shaun was my agent there and really made me feel comfortable and did all of the heavy lifting. I wound up looking at other deals with newer versions of the CX-90 vs. the CX-9. This is a no pressure dealership that just wants what is best for you. If the travel distance wasn't as far- I would go out of my way to deal with them only, due to the trust factor vibe that I received from Shaun.

Received one text from dealership asking how my day was. Responded with questions regarding the vehicke and no answers received. Few days later I looked at listing again and it was gone.

Communication was great, did not purchase yet. Still currently shopping.

This dealer would not give a straight answer about pricing via email or text, but would try to get you to come into their showroom and hold you their for hours to wear you out until you give in and buy a vehicle for the price and all the addons they trick you into. I did not have time to drive to their showroom and have asked them repeatedly to give me an honest price via email, they kept giving me the run around until I decided that they are not the people I want to make a deal with. I ended up contacting another dealer who did not waste my time and gave me a quote via email and ended up buying from them. I would not recommend Coughlin Nissan.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, took a little longer on the finance application than I thought but overall really good.

These guys was great at getting what I wanted and needed. Absolutely pleasureable!!! They even got me gas before leaving the lot...

Called multiple times and inquired online through car gurus. Never a response. Don’t waste your time with this bunch.
