Contacted about a vehicle and would not allow me to place a deposit and reserve it. By the time I was able to complete the purchase the vehicle had already been sold. Disappointing experience.

Initially I was treated as if they wanted to help me but after 1000 dollars down to hold the car and a shift in salesperson the communication lapsed. The salesperson who initially started helping me I found out that they no longer worked for the company and the salesperson they transferred me to just wouldn’t communicate effectively. Long story short, treat all people as if they are a priority especially when one chooses to spend their hard earned money with your establishment!!!

Car was nothing like described. Lot was so packed the car had 3 in front of it. We had to squeeze through all the cars to get to the car we were looking at. Cars front bumper looked like the clips were broke on passenger side. My Husband asked “has this been in an accident” to which Juan rudely responded with “didn’t you read the car fax”. We dove an hour for a car that looked nothing like the ad!
