Dealerships near me (Grand Blanc, MI)

Very unhappy. I spoke with Chris a couple of times texting. And then he never got back a hold of me I texted him two or three more times wanting to know what was going on and he never responded.

I am currently still in an ongoing process for the dealership to make things right on the pre-owned purchase of a Toyota Highlander. It's been an extended experience due to poor/lack of communication and non-coordination with their pre-owned sales & service/detail departments. My investment in the vehicle selected was basically dismissed and I was then treated as "service customer" which has proven to be delay after delay in their integrity of their work and service. I'm still trying to get my vehicle as promised. Unfortunately, the known reputation of Randy Wise dealerships did not shine through in my experience with my pre-owned purchase. Disappointing and frustrating overall, 1 star.

It was terrible, the Edge we looked at sounded like it had no exhaust at all. I went in the dealership to see what they could do, I waited for a little bit and then I walked.

I inquired on a great looking Toyota FJ Cruiser. I immediately heard from Inga who quickly cut through everything one normally must deal with at a car dealership. And I am a remote buyer so I expected a lot of delays and non help. Just the opposite. Inga quickly gave me my exact price, explained the fact that my shipping cost could be impacted by the elevated diesel prices and she couldn’t control that. I then read that these cars can have rust issues so I asked Inga to comment. Her response was immediate and was relevant, accurate and included links to important data regarding the products used to protect this car. It was precisely what I needed. The price was great and the service was perfect. Very regretfully I waited a few days and the truck sold! This was disappointing for sure but then inga followed up with news of another FJ they would receive. I would definitely buy from them and I highly recommend you consider them.

A four due to loving this car and the milage and communication with sales rep, but car had a couple things and is back at the dealership to fix and repair. So for that I give a four and wish that when people buy used cars for what these places ask, they get a good car and deal. Just lose respect for the dealerships. I always hope for the best but end up with issues that could have been fixed before buying and it stinks. Friendly and great people, but maybe mechanics need to do their job and if something is not right, make it right. New or used do the right thing
