Had the vehicles I inquired about pulled up and warmed up for me to see when I got there. Ended up finding a new vehicle that met my requirements

Horrible customer service. Very slow to respond to my initial inquiry. Was serious about buying the truck listed. Drew, the person who finally got back to me, told me he couldnt send me pictures of the interior because it was in being serviced. I pinged him multiple times to ask status of truck and asked him to let me know when it was done with service. Drew never followed up with me. Now, over 3 weeks later Im notified by Cargurus, not Drew, that the truck sold. DONT list a truck as available for sale until it is indeed ready. Very poor response, follow-up, and customer service.

Only made an inquiry. They responded quickly. I did not make a purchase. I was looking at a different vehicle at another dealer. Both slipped away. I snoozed. I lost.
