Emily was great. I believe she was the best part of the experience. However, I didn’t realize the car was $6k more than advertised on car gurus. The dealership had a “fine print” on their website that stated they were passing off the repairs after the trade in to the buyer, and with a mandatory tire package and ceramic coating and tint .

Pleasant communication

Very friendly and helpful staff but when I was ready to deal, they presented a deal that included about $2000 in absolutely made up charges. Other dealers charge for documents fee, inventory tax, etc. but it usually is $400 - $500 not $2000 on a 4 year old vehicle. This is in addition to the state sales tax. I would still buy the truck if they would drop these ridiculous charges that are at least $1500 more than other dealers.

Lived out of town and could not drive vehicle. Vehicle had many inperfections and photos were unclear on damage listed. Financing rates were high, if price was right I would have bought. Porches depreciate and for 2014 price was high.
