Upon arrival, the situation changed completely. A manager disregarded the agreed-upon terms and attempted to raise the out-the-door price to $33,888—an increase of nearly $8,000. Even after I presented the text messages documenting the agreement, the dealership refused to honor the price. This experience demonstrates a troubling lack of transparency and respect for customers’ time.
