Our overall experience at this Hagan Automotive dealership was excellent. We arrived from out of town and we're received by "Helen" at the agreed upon time.. over an hr before they're normally open. The entire process, from finding the vehicle online on the Sunday to driving off the lot with it on Tuesday, was smooth 👌. No issues. At the dealership, a well kept office, they were very pleasant courteous and professional.. and provided all the detailed information with regards to Source, care and maintenance of the vehicle. Quite transparent. Would certainly recommend or purchase or do business with them.

No communication after several emails that was supposedly sent to sales staff. They didn’t seem to have any interest in supporting a GM Retiree with the Family First Discount.

Salesman, Dave McMeen, was very informative and low pressure. We were looking from 6 hrs away, and he face timed us and showed us the entire vehicle running and took us on a drive with it before we made the trip to see it. The finance manager was right on point and moved quickly but thoroughly through the paperwork. Very pleasant experience!!

The staff was not very helpful as far as telling me the exact condition, mechanically, of the truck I stopped to look at. Luckily for us, we were driving through Springfield when I decided to take a look at this truck. The motor had a knock, and I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it around the block when I test drove it. The truck looked great, but was not mechanically sound.

Great experience, staff was attentive, open, and willing to work with me. I didn't end up buying this time, but will look here first in the future.
