Communication was great. I was able to test drive the car prior to purchase. Purchase went as planned. Took less than an hour to close the deal. Exterior and interior of car was in great condition. I drove the car 3 hours to get home. So far so good.

Mr. Ray he didn't have the best reviews but Mr. Ray was friendly and very helpful. I originally spoke with Mr. Santiago but he kept referring me back to Mr. Ray. Overall a good experience

I really reached out 3 times.. my question was does the macan have the panoramic roof… I got no response… I texted the question and I got a few garbelled message that could not be understood . I do not answer phone calls from #’s that I do not know … I texted got no response.. would rate them as a zero minus
