Dealerships near me (Genoa City, WI)

Lang was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and overall amiable but also seemed pretty inexperienced based on questions that she was asking. We drove 90 minutes down to the Lake Geneva location to view a minivan that was listed as having a panoramic sunroof and realized upon arrival that it didn't have a sunroof at all. This was a a deal breaker for me and was incredibly disappointing. We have been looking for a van with a sunroof for awhile now and were so excited to finally find one that checked all of our boxes. The sales manager profusely apologized and seemed to genuinely feel bad about the error. I have noticed, however, that the van is still listed on their website over a week later with the same description. Despite this, I would still look for a vehicle there in the future but would be much more cautious in descriptions before driving!

very helpfull

It was very helpful of what I needed before and my decision of an automobile that I am looking for.

I bought the truck. Got a good deal on it.

This dealership was very quick to respond to my inquiry. And the atmosphere was very good.

Currently conducting business. Outstanding customer service.
