The Dealership was accommodating and helpful. They allowed my Mechanic to complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and were very responsive to our questions and concerns including replacing the existing tires with 4 brand new tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. The only relatively minor issue was the vehicle should have been washed prior to our inspection or at the time we took delivery. It wasn't.

I drove up to Chandler from Tucson to look at the Kia Sportage that I saw on cargurus, and to purchase it. I had spoken with the sales person, Peter, the previous day, and had a good feeling about the dealership as there was no pressure during the call, and he seemed honest and had a lot of information on the vehicle that I was interested in. I was treated kindly and fairly, and with respect. The entire process was smooth and efficient in trading in my Camry hybrid for the Kia PHEV Sportage. I was offered a good trade-in value for my older car, and an equally good asking price for the Kia. My sales person, Peter, was very personable and understanding, and I didn’t feel any pressure for any of the Genesis staff. I drove my new to me vehicle back home to Tucson, feeling good about the entire experience, and excited about my new compact SUV. I’m very grateful for everyone at the Genesis dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.
