All was really smooth they can be better but not complain

The complete purchasing process was very smooth and pleasant except for the vehicle that had a broken rear window lock latch that I noticed when I arrived home later same day after purchased ( only way to fix this was to replace entire glass) , also bad falling apart windshield wipers (the dealer claims they do a 150+ points of inspection :/), I had to go back to the dealer to solve the issue with management cause I tried 3 days thru phone calls, text messages, messages and no positive response. Finally a couple of days later they replaced the whole rear glass window for an aftermarket one. I felt that I had to fight for it.
