Seen it on the website, got in contact filled out the finance paperwork before going went test drove the car in and out the dealership in 20 min all the staff was very helpful

I was working with a salesman who just ran back and forth to a manager with pieces of paper scribbled with my offers. Then some person seemingly in charge of the price, came into the office, did not introduce himself, and with a nasty disposition explained to me that he couldn’t come down to a reasonable price on a vehicle he’d had on the lot for 108 days. He was not transparent about whether it was a Ram off of lease or what its history was. Then while I sat there with cash in hand, he simply walked out of the room. Left me and the salesman flabbergasted. My wife and I had driven 167 miles to see the vehicle. We left with no further discussions or even a thank you for having visited the dealership. I’d avoid this dealer unless you’re ready to pay very close to their advertised prices. Just my experience.

Ask for pictures was told they were coming never did if they going to put a vehicle online with no pictures they can expect to be asked to send them how else do you know if your interested?
