North Bergen Buick GMC gave me a solid buying experience. I took a Yukon. Big, confident, comfortable inside, and feels solid on the road. After delivery, it was exactly that feeling people look for when they buy a good vehicle.

Things started off well, but as with most car dealers, things can go downhill fast when dealing with the finance department. I had an approval with Capital O, which they would not honor, and when I decided to bend and fill out their loan app., there was no follow-up. I had to call multiple times to get turned down. Thank you because I got a better car elsewhere.

l like the guys. Seems like an honest place. Car ended up being sold before I could get an offer in. But I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them.
