The car wasn't even ever looked at and it was filthy and smelled like stale smoke. Also overpriced without even having had a mechanic look at it

Everyone was very nice, very polite. I just didn’t like how I got approved and then got there and they told me I wasn’t approved for the amount that I was approved for when I did the application on CarGurus site… when I got there they asked for more money down so I didn’t get the vehicle
