GMC dealerships near me (Scottsdale, AZ)

They made me go to the dealership to look and test the vehicle, I drove about an hour to get to the Van Chevrolet dealership, and then they wanted to show me other vehicles to sell me. I was bothered by going and spending gas, to tell me that the vehicle I wanted to look at and test they had it elsewhere for auction.

The sales rep got back to me right away woth answers for my questions. Provided me with videos and pics.

My experience was wonderful. The salesperson was very helpful. I just wish we could have made a deal.

I recently purchased a 2022 Gmc 2500HD work truck from these guys. I relied on Hamburger's description and overall condition of the truck prior to taking the 6 hr trip there. The truck was cleaned out and ready to ride. I was relieved I found the right work truck after experiencing not so good service with other dealerships in other states. The only reason I did not make the purchase is because I was able to get a brand new same vehicle for only $2,000 more. Had I not received the deal on the brand new one I would have made the purchase from James.

The staff never gets back to you. They never check back. You have to chase them for answers. They rely so much on their AI they forget that the customer is there. Forget this place.
