Drove 1.5hrs down to MA from NH to look at the truck. Truck was 5 yrs old with 17k mileage. I ask prior if it was a clean truck no dents etc. They said yes just some normal wear and tear. Drove down and truck had over 1000 dollars with body damage on left side/ front bumper. Also had a cracked windshield. Then they were under valuing my trade by 3000 dollars. I said would take the truck if they took off 3,000 or add 3000 value to my trade. They said no not taking anything off. They stated my trade had a claim on it witch was a comprehensive claim and damage was fixed. Their truck had no claim but should with the damage on it!!! Huge waste of my time. Lucky I didn’t buy that truck and found similar truck same mileage for less money!!!

Very happy with the experience with this dealer. Kevin & Luke were very prompt with their replies & answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately the vehicle sold before I was able to go down to look at it.
