Hertrich Chevy replied with a generic email. They didn't respond back with information about the vehicle I inquired about. Meanwhile, another dealer I contacted responded immediately about the vehicle I inquired about with them. That led to me going to that dealership, test driving the vehicle and purchasing it the same day. Generic emails result in no sales

James was a great saleman, explained everything about the car indide and out. All the bells and whistles for this dealership and saleman.

I drove about 4 hours to this dealership vehicle.for 2024 Chevy suburban.this vehicle has different brand of tires installed.3 Michelins and 1 other brand which look so bad.i ask them u should have same brand tires on this $55000 vehicle and I have been told if u want to buy like this we can’t do anything otherwise u can leave, and I left.they were so unprofessional rude was very disappointed,

I called after seeing a car that I thought my daughter would like. She was car shopping. She found a car she liked better. However, I was very pleased with the sales woman he helped me and will surely check out Hertrich when I shop for my next car! Ken Waters

This vehicle was over priced for its condition. The paint was as on the hood. $1500.00 to repaint and clear coat. So offered $1500.00 less than asking price. Not willing to consider the offer after test driving. Then 2 days later they dropped the price of the vehicle. No negotiations at this dealership when valid. Sell as is and think the vehicles are worth more than hey are.then received several emails and texts wanting to negotiate after the fact said willing to negotiate within reason. I drove 2 hours to make a purchase and they just waisted my time They want to then negotiate after you walk away. I don't like games. The offer was reasonable went I was there.
