This was a 2 hour drive for me, so prior to my drive they were able to provide me great numbers and financing and pretty accurate numbers on my trade in! Everyone was friendly.

Sales staff was courteous and prompt about returning correspondence. However the price offered for my car was insulting and I felt like they hoped I was ignorant or what they offered I had to have. Neither was the case. I’ve got my car, I still own a BMW Z4 with 40,000 miles, they still have their car. Win win. My car which is spotless and mechanically perfect wasn’t worth the price of an old Jeep Cherokee but there car was a gold mine. I hope your experience is better.
