Great experience When I came in to pick up the Yukon I was in a hurry with a family member health problem. Jameson and the rest of the sales staff were very sympathetic and had me out the door in my new car in record time! Really appreciated them. Will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone

Both trucks I looked at looked like they was very dirty and someone just wiped them down there was so much dust in every crevice that you could see I asked the salesperson about it and she said that they only had 1 detail guy I have never went to a car dealership and saw such dirty trucks interior. After seeing these two trucks I don’t think I’ll ever come back. And just to make it clear I made an appointment to see the truck the day before for 1:00 pm the next day so they had time to get it cleaned my wife said that ever who had those trucks did not take care of them

I asked about the condition of the seats since I was driving 2 hours. Salesperson said they would send pics. She never did. When I go there there was 2 years in the passenger seat and well as the taillight cracked. We asked if the tears could be repaired and was told that they didn’t sell Toyotas so she didn’t know. When asked about the taillight she said well it’s not a new vehicle. Needless to say we walked away and wouldn’t return because of the attitude the lady had.

I have bought a few cars out of state but this one has been the best experience yet. I drove almost 8 hrs to purchase a vehicle with a trade in. The whole staff from the internet sales person to the salesman Don and the finance manager were extremely friendly and helpful. The transactions went smoothly. It was straight forward, exactly what we talked about on the phone. There was no hidden agenda. They respected my time and had me in and out of there in an hour. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
