I made an hour and 30 minute drive to get there when I got there. They informed me the vehicle was sold and did not want to help me find another vehicle.

Mario was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I found a different vehicle with more options at another dealership.

Bought 25 gmc denali after getting home found drivers side bed had 3 dents in it called dealer said bring back told him 200 miles to far get dent guy to repair which was repaired! Text salesman with receipt no response! Called no call back ! Like vehicle partially my fault , overcast day parked next to building! Without sun really couldn’t see it ! I would have to think used car manager and couple others had been driving car probably noticed or not ! Idea at 57 k they would throw something towards making it right ! Satisfaction lousy ! Maybe try another dealership that responds to clients
