GMC dealerships near me (Franklin, LA)

AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I spoke with Britt about coming to see the suv and the next morning I got a notification from CarGurus that it was sold never did she try to contact me to let me know. I had to text her to make sure the notification I got was true
