The dealership was great and went more than the extra mile to make everything happen! My salesman Kale was great as well!

They were polite and efficient

Asked for several days but receive sporadic information. It was like pulling teeth to get simple information like addition pictures of the exterior mand some interior pictures. My questions never were answered the day I asked. I am 2 hrs away and the hesitant nature of their answers prevented me from wasting my time driving there. If they had been forthcoming in the information, I would have drive there and got the car(i ended up flying to MO and driving back so 2 hrs ain't no thing). The final break for me was the sales man messaging me that 5 or 6 people were asking about the car so forst come first serve. Thats fine had it not been a glitch in the car guru system that sent 4 addition emails to the showing interest. The final piece of info was never sent to me so I stopped communicating with them.....a few hours later I booked my flight for MO. If your close, may be ok, dealers love playing the game in person but if out of town, I wouldn't waste my time. I made out so all good.

Horrible experience, overpriced vehicles will rather let vehicle sit on lot for half a year than negotiate on price—didn’t even let me get the price out of my mouth before rejecting it—extremely rude.

The staff that helped me was extraordinary- so pleasant and accommodating. The overall process while very efficient took longer than preferred. My expectations were more than I received as far as coming to a final price decision. I needed a particular payment mark and while I feel they gave the face of meeting me halfway - it did not turn out that way. I was not at all satisfied with my trade- in value Whkle my trade-in had many many miles - there were so many other variables thst should have affected the value that were not even considered. However in the end I needed the vehicle soon and I did love the SUV I purchased as I was extremely specific about what I wanted in the car as far as miles and interior color and other luxury items. I left with a smile and I look forward to my time with this new/ used vehicle.
