Overall the experience was good. However their inspection missed two issues with the car. The blower wiring harness was melted so after one day no a/c. Then they missed a broken intake valve. I know older cars require additional maintenance I just didn’t think it would be the next day.

The sales team member, Tabitha, was excellent to work with. However there were a couple concerns. First off the dealership said the car was detailed however the exterior and interior was filthy. They did end up washing the exterior at my request however I ask them to clean the interior on multiple occasions between visits to the dealership and that did not occur. There were straw wrappers in cup holders and drops of coffee or soda on hard surfaces of the interior. Lastly, the online communication system was very confusing. I received texts and calls from various phone numbers and it was challenging to figure out which phone number to use in returning calls and texts.

Absolutely awesome! No pressure. No added dealer items. They listened to my needs. I got what I wanted. No haggling. I went in with a number they honored it! The salesman Bill was great! Luv the van. Handles like a minivan. Huge but handles like a car! Thank you Junction Auto!!
