Pointe Buick in Penns Grove, N.J. is awful. I'll never deal with them again. I previously bought a new buick from them, have had all my work done there for 3cyears at very high prices and I recently went to purchase a used truck from there. I began the process online and had spoke to someone on the phone. I made an appointment and filed the application. In the matter of 1 day, they sold the truck out from underneath me. The application hit my credit score. Took it down by 30 points and they never even contacted me by a phone call. They emailed me. When I responded with how upset I was they ignored my email and have never responded. I ended up purchasing not 1 but 2 vehicles somewhere else. So Pointe lost out. I do NOT recommend Pointe buick!!!!!

I had a great experience with purchasing this vehicle. Not only am I super happy with the car but also the price and how they treated me . I’m currently working a deal to get an x6m from them as well .

Everything went great ..good deal ship, wonderful stuff...they even filled the truck up completely with gas..
