Staff were condescending, not helpful, didn’t seem that engaging or welcoming, really didn’t try to sell the vehicle. They lied about multiple things in our process then refused to cooperate in the process.

I recently found a low mileage 21 Chrysler Pacifica on their website with a great price hoping it was a wheelchair accessible van (the listing had no pictures of it yet) I inquired about it through email because being a C4-5 quadriplegic it’s hard to hold onto a cell phone. Frank responded to my email promptly, saying he would find out the information I needed. After a few emails back and forth. It turns out it was a wheelchair accessible van but it already had been spoken for by someone else, Frank was willing to help me find another wheelchair van but I declined his offer only because the wheelchair van that was on there website fit into my budget perfectly. Like I said, I only dealt with Frank through email, but I have no doubt if I showed up in person he would have treated me the same way. I appreciate Franks patience with me and definitely would do business with him in the future if the situation presents itself again.

I was in the process of financing through my bank. My bank were communicating directly through the dealership gotten a message from the dealership that Wednesday that everything was in motion with my financial institution that they were mailing me a cashiers check. Friday got a email that the card had been sold. I reached out to the salesman he informed me that yes the vehicle had been sold because I didn’t put down a deposit when no one ever said anything to me about a deposit. How are you supposed to put down a deposit when im clearly going through my bank. Very unprofessional and not how you conduct business I would purchase from this dealer.

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle ! From the 1st initial contact with Katie Austin and throughout the process, Katie was very responsive each day we spoke. She had me approved and had my beautiful 2021 Bronco washed and shining for me ready to go when I arrived ! Very happy with the whole experience ! The financing was easy and fast and I’m highly recommending this place.

To start off, they priced a 2018 Cadillac Escalade incorrectly. It was underpriced big time, so I completed a finance application on it, I was approved with numbers interested rates etc. I called the following day bc the truck was removed from the internet. Which ever sales person I spoke with was so rude. He told me I wasn’t approved blah blah blah. 3 days later said truck appeared back on website with price that it should have been or per KBB. So I was “not approved” because they didn’t want to sell it to me at the price it was listed at originally. I’ll take my business elsewhere!
