We live 4 hours away and set our appt with Mike Ruth. We were halfway there (2 hours) and he called and advised if a safety recall for the vehicle and that he could not sell it to us.

The salesman responded promptly but I was late getting to the truck and it was sold.

He truly kept his word when he told me he would hold a vehicle for me to see before anyone else, even when another buyer was ready to purchase it. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. Although I didn’t end up buying that specific vehicle, I knew I wanted to work with him because he was straightforward and never tried to upsell me. The finance team was great as well—especially Lori, who explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely buy from them again. 10/10 for me!
