Thank you for the time. Car was not in the condition expected.

Started out at one price... when I was going to purchase the vehicle it went up buy 1,000 after talking to sales person telling him I was coming in to get the vehicle. Bait and switch not professional.

The staff was great! The additional fees not included in the price listed in Car Gurus took me by surprise and took me well over my budget, but I did end up buying the car since they did work with me on getting closer to the number I was comfortable with. They also made the car look pretty and filled up my gas tank. All the people we worked with were very pleasant.

Great response I’m still very interested on the Mercedes I’m back in sedona on Monday I’m a chef and I’m working out of town now but yes I like the car

There were 2 people there at the time. One appeared to be more of a manager. After making an appointment, confirming it twice, calling and leaving a message at the dealership I get there and nothing I was looking at was available. Even their own website inventory was entirely inaccurate. I was told the he was new and the guy that handles the online inventory is “out”. I was ready to buy a car and drive a half hour to get there and left frustrated and with no clear answer.

The service manager was great! highly recommend this dealership
