Requested pictures and information on the car and I received a message that I would have it all by the next day. Then I didn't hear anything for 5days and the lady told me sorry it's gone. Then 3 days later I get a message asking if I received all the information from the car and pictures. I said no I received a message 3 days prior after no response for four days that the car sold. She replied with no it did not and at that point I said I'm not interested in any vehicle from your dealership. It seems as if no one there communicates. Very sad

Nice people easy process.

When I arrived, the car was sitting outside I hadn’t been washed in quite some time, very dirty. When they knew I was coming from three hours away to look at it didn’t have the courtesy to wash the car. They did not disclose that the car runs very rough and needs a very expensive tuneup. They did not disclose that the rear window of the convertible was falling out and photographs. It looks fine complete misrepresentation of what the automobile was and wasted over seven hours of my time.

Vehicle sold quickly but the Mike was very responsive and helpful.

Don't go here or even try the app. First the lady that will call you will say anything you wana hear just to get you to the lot. Then everything changes. Nothing as advertised. Drove 1.5 hours to get there

Aaron weekly was a great salesman without the salesman vibe, I enjoyed hearing about how his grand father started the dealership and how he gets to work with his father there as well. It was a great experience and the process was quick and simple. My previous few dealership experiences have been not so great i enjoyed this one and felt comfortable.

My wife and I were shopping for a 2024 Honda Accord and we came across a car at Alpha GMC and made arrangements to see Jimi Basiletti. It was a two hour drive each way but the car was priced right- in fact, it was downright cheap for the condition, mileage, and trim. I had an opportunity to speak with Jimi and with the general manager of the dealership over the phone before we went and both seemed like straight shooters and no-nonsense guys so we made the drive. I am so glad we did!! We got more for our trade than we expected, and Jimi and Brian Turner in finance worked to get us a really outstanding interest rate that was better than we had calculated in our budget. The car was priced so well that we did not haggle out of basic decency. The car was clean and fresh, and Jimi went out of his way to remove the ugly "Honda" banner that the previous owner put on the top of the windshield with vinyl lettering. He also came through by mailing the second key to me- outstanding service!
