Honest, had good selection of quality cars, though we were interested in a truck. Would feel comfortable buying from this dealer.

Set up appointment but had to reschedule. Very nice about it and will be going soon.

Staff was prompt and courteous, deal happened quickly. Dealer using paperwork transfer and mailed check. Sure would have been nice and a lot easier with a completely digital process.

Definitely did not inspect the car despite saying they did. Car was filthy, never cleaned out, hood wouldn’t open, very low on oil, car had a misfire, bald tires, evap issue that made it so it couldn’t take any gas at the pump without kicking it off(despite being empty) car battery was shot and all the description read was runs and drives great. The car was realistically maybe an $800 car(which is what the dealer paid for it because they were goofy enough to show me the paperwork on it) I offered them $1,700 and they informed me that they’d be “losing money” at that cost despite the fact they never inspected cleaned or anything to the car. The sales manager tried talking me up to 2k which was a no go but still came back with a price over $3,000 claiming in the name of “taxes.” Wisconsins sales tax is 5% so just a bunch of greedy scammers that have no idea what they’re selling or that their customers may not be dumb. Never again.
