I worked with this dealer for about a week on purchasing a vehicle from out of state. My sales person was on it, I did everything they asked me to do trying to secure a loan and was accepted only to be turned down because I was from out of state. So I secured the funds myself with a personal loan and even offered to put a security deposit. When I called them to say I was approved and had the money to complete the purchase, my sales representative informed me that his boss told him to sell it to whoever has the money and shows up first. This is not a reputable business that will take care of you. Money comes first, customer satisfaction is not high on list. What happened to integrity? I would give the owner of this business a 0 stars if I could.

The sales representative was personable and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The truck showed noticeable cosmetic wear that seemed excessive for a vehicle with only 33,000 miles, and no explanation was provided. None of these issues were disclosed during the process. The dealership’s “detailing” also appeared to be little more than a basic wash and did not address the condition. More concerning were the additional charges that significantly increased the advertised price, including a $965 “Toyota Advantage Package,” an $899 documentation fee, and $489 in government fees—adding over $2,000 beyond the advertised price. While the staff member I worked with was courteous, the vehicle condition, lack of transparency, and substantial add-on fees made the experience frustrating.

It was a "no pressure" conversation that we had, and that was a rare quality in this competitive market. I was treated as family and I look forward to contact with them again

The initial person who reached out to me about the car was rude and condescending so I had to bypass them entirely to be able to look at the car. The second person I got who actually helped me in office was good, nice, attentive, personable, but once I got out of the office it felt like I didn't exist and they shuffled off my financing and it didn't seem like they either took me seriously or respected me as a buyer. So while they had good customer service in office I definitely felt like it was a first date and last date experience afterwards and did not feel properly taken care of or respected after that. The in office service I would give a three with the first rep but with the after office service I would give a two because it left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't feel respected as a buyer.

I asked the salesman to give me everything upfront because I am eight hours away. I pay for an inspection and the car that is listed on the website has different tires on it than the one that was inspected, the undercarriage was rusted out and the roof was dented in. The salesman could've told me any of this, but chose not to and I paid $200 for the inspection. Sneaky slimy sells people.

Car was already listed on the website. Upon arrival at dealership, car was in the back of building with a do not sell sticker on it. It was filthy and absolutely disgusting. Test drive was a nightmare , car steering column was broken. What a nightmare
