Not happy ! There was no commutation and they never got back with me and when then finally did they just gave me the runarounds , absolutely terrible worst shopping experience!

This dealership made an appointment for a car they had already sold and still kept on their site

This dealer was terrible. The truck looks great online and says it has a clean carfax and no accidents, we got to the dealership after driving TWO HOURS, the truck had been wrecked, scrapes, dings and scuffs all over, the tailgate didn’t line up, the running boards had been replaced, the hood didn’t line up and was a different color. When we asked to speak to the manager he said “oh we didn’t see all that” and then when my husband was angry the manager simply walked away from us. No “I’m sorry” no compensation for our drive or trouble. Just overall terrible experience. Brian, the sales rep, didn’t even introduce himself when we showed up either. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I love it! To me the truck is new as 2019!! No question!

I called about a 2024 Nissan Titan platinum reserve. They did not even have the vehicle in stock. And it has been on their website for 200+ days. It is a beat and switch dealership. They immediately tried to sell me three other vehicles that they had on the lot.

The sales rep was new, but he tried his best to offer good service. After all, he wanted the sale. I was however, not pleased with my shopping experience at Boniface-Hiers Kia. I arrived to find a certified pre-owned vehicle that had bald tires and was not clean, although I made an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. The previous owner's information was not deleted from the infotainment system, and I found the broken tip of a USB cable in the third row outlet. The detailing work was poorly executed. Two days after purchasing a CPO vehicle, I had a weak battery that had to be replaced. Why wasn't the battery tested and replaced before the vehicle was delivered to me? I had to ask for the second key fob, that was missing (this was later mailed to me). I was not given all the paperwork at the end of the transaction. No copy of the carfax was provided, or the CPO certification, etc. The overall process was way longer than it needed to be. An overall poor experience.
