EB Auto has restored my faith in the auto dealership industry. Bob and Mitch are exceptional, and they do good, honest work. They want customer satisfaction as much as they want a good profit margin, and their authenticity went above and beyond. Bob filled up my tank before I took off with my new vehicle, as well as made some minor repairs to the windshield that he had noticed - most dealerships would overlook these small details and wait for the customer to leave the lot, but they were upfront with what they saw and more than willing to fix it before I left. Additionally, Bob was happy to include a credit towards the price of the car for the one repair I noticed that he couldn't fix on the spot. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and purchase at EB Automotive, they have taken the stress out of the car-buying experience and I left with a smile on my face. I commuted two hours to get to this car/dealership, and I would do it again if I ever needed to buy something different.
