I was very disappointed with my experience at Stateline. I was interested in a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sport S that was advertised online at a discounted price and pictured with a lift, aftermarket wheels and tires already installed. After communicating with the dealership about the vehicle and advertised price, I was later presented with a proposal adding a $10,000 upfit charge that had not been clearly disclosed during my initial conversations. I escalated my concerns to management, and afterward I noticed the online pricing presentation for the same VIN had changed to show dealer add-ons. As a customer, I should not have had to save screenshots, research multiple listings, and repeatedly question the pricing to determine the actual cost. I ultimately chose not to purchase from Stateline because I lost confidence in the transaction. Get the complete out-the-door price and all dealer-added charges in writing before purchasing.
