Very Family Oriented Business. I enjoyed my first car buying experience with them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Additionally I wasn’t pressured into anything that I didn’t want to do. The sales people (Bryon and Derek) were very transparent throughout my calls and visit. And I love the goodie bag I received after my vehicle purchase.

If it wasn’t for them having the perfect van I would not have purchased a vehicle from them. I had spent months looking for a van with all the features I wanted. John, our sales person was nice but was hard to get in contact with after we purchased the vehicle. We dealt with his financial person Allison. We purchased the car on a Monday. At the beginning when we were talking about pricing, Allison stated that they would fix anything within 30 days as long as it was nothing that we did to the vehicle. She said they weren’t such a big corporation for no reason. When we went to talk about financing, she was dead set on us getting an extended warranty. To the point where it was almost uncomfortable to be in there. As if she knew something was wrong with it. Not to mention it was a long wait to actually get back there to talk about. It was almost like she was not taking no for an answer. We were put in a loaner car until ours was serviced and detailed…..
