Salesman Bill at MidState Autos was super helpful and met every one of my needs. Bill is a great guy! He was transparent and easy to work with throughout the purchase process. Buying from MidState Autos was by far the best experience that I have encountered in customer service! The service was so superb that I spent an additional hour of my time getting to know Bill. I’m having head gaskets with the truck I bought off them and they are dodging my phone calls won’t give me any answers and want me to drive the truck back 4 1/2 hours for them to “look at it” after I had it looked at by a diesel shop. I wouldn’t buy from them again
