Car salesman was a bit cocky. Wasn't too fond of his attitude passed on the car.

They were very helpful.

The most sketchy experience I've ever had with buying a car. Made me come in on the last day of the month and I live an hour away to make a sale I go down to test drive it. They said there was shocks and these other issues that were going wrong but they would come back to my house to take it another day to get it fixed, which was kind of sketchy to me. Why couldn't it just stay there until it was fixed when I went down to test drive it my husband and I got on 95 with the salesman and the motor started misfiring and the check engine light went on trying to help him out. We tried to get the same exact car, but in another issue was wrong with it. There was a messed up armrest. My husband was trying to work with them and say if you wanted to make the sale today to swap the armrest out with the other vehicle and we'll take the other vehicle home. They were so pressed about not selling that one though when it was minimal problems, I will never get back to them. You get what you pay for

Although the car did not make sense for me, Frank was a honest and respectable salesperson that I felt was genuinely trying to help me meet my needs on the price. The car was also priced very competitively out of the gate and the price sheet was very straightforward.

I would buy from Fred beans again.

Told me the truck was sold the day before i was coming to buy it. Asked me if I'm looking for anything else. Truck is still available online. Obvious "bait and switch" sales technique.

The dealer contacted me the next morning via phone, text, and email. I called to schedule a test drive for two days later and they put the car aside knowing I was traveling a good distance. On the day of the test drive, the experience with the dealer was positive. After the test drive, we decided we wanted the car. While we were gone, our trade had been appraised. We accepted the selling price of their car, and they worked with us to bring up the offer on our trade. We went to lunch and when we returned, the car had been washed, and all the paperwork was ready for us. No high-pressure sales - very respectful encounter, even with the finance guy. Would go there again.
