Dealer contacted me back on the Ford F-150 Raptor that I inquired on. I made an out-the-door offer, but it was not accepted and left it open. If they needed to move a vehicle this weekend then I was available

Typical bait and switch. The vehicle at the price advertised was no longer available, so they tried to sell me a used Raptor when I was looking for a new Raptor.

Brandon was awesome with responding to my texts. Unfortunately the car sold before I could get there.

I contacted Puente Hills Ford about a Ford Raptor advertised for $84,692 and made it clear I was ready to purchase it at the advertised price plus tax, registration, and normal government fees. After speaking with multiple representatives, I was told the truck had dealer-installed add-ons and they would not sell it for the advertised price. The actual numbers provided were significantly higher. I understand the truck is modified, but those costs should be clearly reflected in the advertised price so buyers know the true selling price before contacting the dealership. I was a serious buyer and genuinely wanted this specific truck, but the lack of pricing transparency was disappointing. I recommend getting the complete out-the-door pricing in writing before making the trip.

Overall good experience...but we couldn't reach a deal on the truck I was looking at.
