Set up an appointment 3 days in advance to see specific vehicle advertised on the dealer's site. Phone calls and text messages between me and dealership leading up to the appointment very consistent. Arrived at dealership on my appointment date, but was informed vehicle wasn't on the lot 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. The sooner the dealership figures out people's time (and time, in general) is more valuable and scarcer than money, the more vehicles they would sell.

Dealer was quick to respond to my inquiries and schedule a test drive. While I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, Bruce, did a fine job of showing me their inventory.
