Ford dealerships near me (Sulphur Springs, TX)

The truck was available and the price was fair. It was a loaner so that made it especially attractive. Talked with the salesman on a Monday and made plans to go see it Wednesday because the salesman was off Tuesday. Would have put money down to hold the truck and they sold it before I could get there Wednesday. Nice guy but not good on the communication part.

Wouldn’t fix 100 dollars worth of thing that I asked about to be fixed on the car. Pointed out two grease stains in the back asked for that to be handled during detailing got home and noticed it hadn’t been touched. Over dint like the feeling of the whole transaction. Won’t be back

Fast, friendly courteous ended up buying that pick up truck

Blew us off and told us there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even run our credit through other creditors…just the one we were “prequalified” for. Made a 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing!

Staff is trash couldn’t give me any straight answers on anything I asked about the truck …. Just kept saying can talk about and will be available when you come in ….. well I’m not going to dealer and looking at truck if you can’t even answer simple questions about it … I was texting salesman asking about service records and specific things about truck and still did not get answers …. Just wanted to know when I would be there …

The day I called they said it was there come on in. I drove there it was 20mins. not bad at all. I get there they say o we just sold it and the guy who I talked to took the rest of the day off before I got there. So 2 things tell me its there then the guy takes off when he tells me to come in. Yeah terrible service. Also the next day they call me. Say the buyer didnt buy. Would like to come see the truck. Lol what b.s are they pulling.
