Truck wasn’t what I wanted. I’ve never met a more pushy dealership before. Endless calls, texts and emails, even after I asked them to stop.

A car was listed at $11,890 on their website. When we sat down after driving the car I was handed a sheet with the car listed at $11,890 + an MVP fee of $1495 (12.5% add on) and so the TTL was calculated from a total of $13,385. Seems like that MVP should have been listed in the asking price of the car on their website. The Total out-the-door cost they were asking for with a $450 doc fee was $15,327 on a car listed on the website at 11,890.

They responded but we are still in the market for a truck just haven’t found the right one yet.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. They blew Audi and Mercedes out the water. Driving two hours to pick up my vehicle was will worth it. We have a ton of Ford dealerships about my area, they don’t have the compassion or the drive that Bayou Ford has. Everything was done through email and text, all I had to do was go there to sign and get my vehicle. Walking into the dealership, the sales staff was happy and energetic, singing along to the music that was playing. I highly recommend Bayou Ford to anyone!
