I drove an hour from Michigan after making a deal over the phone. I showed them my cash offer from caravana from my trade in and was assured they would match it. When I got there the offered me 4$ thousand less and wanted more for there car then agreed . Stay away from here you can’t trust them.

Never seen car dealer didn’t want to work deal over phone as I live some time away plus had no car people were nice tho dealership wanted me to come all the way out there and without any positive yes or nos and I needed that before driving in a uber a hour there and not much follow up

I went to this dealership to look at the truck and test drive it. I was still on their website and on CarGurus, BUT when I got there I was told it was sold but it was still there and the person who bought it would be back the next day to finalize the purchase. So I left disappointed but I guess it wasn’t meant to be
