Ford dealerships near me (Pooler, GA)

The dealership’s response to my email was quick. The sales person was very friendly however, when I explained my situation, he seemed to be more interested in getting me into a higher priced vehicle. I think sometimes sales people don’t want to listen to what buyers have to say and are more concerned in getting the higher commission instead of selling the customer what they want.

The last vehicle I purchased from JC Lewis they had me waiting over 10 hours in the showroom. Seriously 10 hrs. This will be my 3rd purchase there. Stupid me! I can't even get them to call me back or give me info. The one exception is salesman CHAD in the Hinesville store. He was thorough and sent videos and other info. THEN THE SAVANNAH STORE SHUT HIM DOWN!!! Unreal ... because I was supposedly "their" customer. (In house competition) Ford in general has dropped the ball. Insipid 4cyl turbos that won't last, powering big vehicles that are made more cheaply every year. 2014 is when they left steel and the mountain top. You can't even get a regular cab truck or any truck for that matter with a short bed. Plus, Ford has doubled and, in some models, tripled their prices. I'm not even interested in a new Ford anymore .... at least from the Savannah Store. My credit rating is 851 .. down from 852 and still no luck.
