We actually called them. The car was presented as having navigation. Both in the dealer's listing and in the CarGurus listing. We traveled to Little Rock from Memphis. We had to put a non-refundable deposit down to "hold" the car. We drove to the dealership. Drove the car. I noticed the Nav didn't pop up, but I was driving a 2010 Lexus, so I figured things had changed. First mistake, I should have questioned then. We picked up the car on a Saturday, so I couldn't speak with anyone until Monday. It is now 25 days later. I have many texts and emails and no resolution to the fact that the car did NOT have navigation. In fact, the sound of silence is deafening. I probably would NOT have purchased the car if I had known it did not have Nav. It's too late now. It would be nice if the dealership would just own to their mistake. The folks with whom we interacted we nice. Be prepared for the hard sell on an extended warranty.
