Nikki is the best car salesman I've ever had. Make sure you ask for her. She made sure I was absolutely satisfied before making the purchase. She also made herself available for any questions you may have even after the purchase.

I live in Stockton and drove all the way to Petaluma expecting to see the vehicle listed.. my current car was gonna be a trade in… I spoke to the dealer twice before leaving Stockton ( 1 hr 49 minutes away- driving a V8 which uses a lot of gas )… just to get there and not be greeted … and than to be told the TRUCK WAS SOLD …but they still wanted to appraise my Camaro … didn’t have the decency to let me know before coming all the way there .. basically lied !!! Will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE

Contacted dealer to make an offer Monday 12/08 Dealer responded Monday 12/08 at 4PM I responded Monday 12/08 after hours at 9PM with detailed offer expecting response next morning. 12/09 morning no response 12/09 2PM I texted requesting a follow up. 12/09 607PM dealer responded “unfortunately this vehicle has sold. I have a GMC Yukon…might that interest you?” Of all the internet sales teams I’ve dealt with, this was one of the worst experiences. Didn’t receive any calls from them…

They were awesome at Uptown Ford - we had some issues getting the truck on the lot that was advertised, and had to go there twice. But once they had the truck onsite, we were able to reach a mutual happy result. Thanks to the Uptown team!
