I had the pleasure of working with Hannah Jansen. From the start of our online process until I physically walked through their doors. I was greeted with nothing but respect, friendliness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the time spent on getting everything handled in a timely fashion. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They gave me the standard scam line of 'since you aren't financing with us, it will be an extra 1k added to the total price'.. Yes, they are that dealership.. I was not happy and they had 3-4 different guys come and talk to me.. The standard putting pressure on me scam. We argued this for a while and finally, when I was going to sign the papers.. They slip in a $899 documentation fee at the very end of the process that was never discussed in any way. The finance guy, simply shrugged his shoulders and said 'this is in all of our sales documents'.. They are dishonest and they know it. Avoid this dealership!

I’ve been to the other dealerships in central Kentucky and by far, this was the best experience to date. I do not regret visiting this location. Vehicle is in great shape.

Great dealership,super helpful,especially since i didn't know manual at the time of purchase. Everyone there was awesome to talk to,and super friendly the whole time. Would buy from them again!
