Fast, friendly courteous ended up buying that pick up truck

The day I called they said it was there come on in. I drove there it was 20mins. not bad at all. I get there they say o we just sold it and the guy who I talked to took the rest of the day off before I got there. So 2 things tell me its there then the guy takes off when he tells me to come in. Yeah terrible service. Also the next day they call me. Say the buyer didnt buy. Would like to come see the truck. Lol what b.s are they pulling.

Blew us off and told us there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even run our credit through other creditors…just the one we were “prequalified” for. Made a 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing!

Staff was not helpful at all. They took 4 days to make the first attempt at a deal for a new car with a trade in. Not sure why it takes that long. Pricing was not transparent. List price online was $2500 less than what they would actually sell for because of useless add ons. Dealers need to stop that. Value for my trade was $6k less than book value. When the numbers were finally discussed they were very sort or rude about the offer. I would never consider them again.

Highly recommend Family Chrysler. Friendly and were able to get me in a vehicle that fit my needs. Not only did they find the vehicle, they delivered it to my house 150 miles away from the dealership. 10/10 would recommend them to family and friends.

Helpful, but took a long time to respond. The vehicle was listed with some wrong information, but the salesman was honest about it.
